Postage
Your new ceramic pots will be carefully packaged and sent once the payment has been received.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping number if special delivery has been requested.
Postage and Packaging options are seen during the transaction.
Delivery overseas is available but if you have any question please contact using the form below.
Returns
I hope you are happy with your order, however if unsatisfied a full refund of the cost of the item will be given within 14 days of arrival.
If a % of the order was being donated to charity you will be refunded the price minus the % donation.
To complete the refund please contact me first letting me know the reason for the return. Once the return and refund has been accepted you will be responsible for the cost of postage and safe return of the item. The piece should be in its original condition, packaging and unused. You can always contact me to ensure it has been packaged safely enough for its return.
