My studio is situated on the ground floor of the building, with a couple of steps leading to the entrance of the building. If you are concerned about access please get in contact by emailing hello@jessicathorn.co.uk so we can better talk through your requirements.

After you finish your workshop I will look after your pots and will fire and glaze each piece as decided in the workshop.

It will be a minimum of 4 weeks before they are able to be collected and I will let you know by email as soon as they are ready.

If you are unable to collect I can post your work out to you for an extra charge of £6 per person

Due to the pandemic I will take on the responsibility to ensure that my workspace and equipment has been cleaned thoroughly before the workshop begins.

If another lockdown is put in place the course will be rescheduled. Unfortunately a refund will not be given in this circumstance, but I will ensure my best to make sure we can reschedule.

If I am feeling unwell or there has been reports of other studio members you will be informed and the workshop will be rescheduled or you will be refunded for your inconvenience.

I ask if you or another member of your household is unwell to not attend the session and we can reorganise your workshop. Unfortunately a refund will not be given in this circumstance, but I will ensure my best to make sure we can reschedule.

6 week workshop - If you are unfortunately unable to attend the course firstly another date will be offered in replacement if it is more than 14 days before the workshop is about to start. A refund will only be offered if you cancel 21 days before the start of a 6 week workshop.

One to one throwing - If you are unfortunately unable to attend the course firstly another date will be offered in replacement, this has to be 14 days before the course starts. A refund will only be offered if you cancel 21 days before the start of the one to one throwing workshop.

All other Workshop - If you are unfortunately unable to attend the course firstly another date will be offered in replacement, this has to be 14 days before the course starts. A refund will only be offered if you cancel 21 days before the start of the workshop

Tutor Cancellation - In the rare event that I have to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund. Or if you would prefer you can transfer to another workshop day.
